Hi, today I’m inspiring in a Bloomcraft blog with they new challenge with a moodboard.
As an inspiration for this challenge I made a card for a woman who loves tea and books(same as me ). I used 2 from this year trends – mandala and color of the year 2018 from Panton Ultra Violet. I drew mandala by myself(very relaxing acctivity ) with a bit of help from calipers. Then I drew on a top with Wersamark marker and I heat embossed it. I painted it with watercolors and fussy cut it. I didn’t forget about free graphic from a Bloomcraft :). Background and a cup are made from an old book, and flowers are, of course, made by me. I also used papers from a Lemoncraft collection called “Tiny Miracles Basic”. And now who will say: I don’t like a violet?

]]>Today I have another Christmas card made for an order(I’m slowly catching this mood ) My work will be send by mail in bauble envelope, so it has to be more flat than my usual cards. I kept this card in traditional Christmassy colours and inspiration for it was moodboard from a Studio 75. Main decoration here is lovely graphic from Lemoncraft, which reminds me of a beautiful carol(I took my sentiment from there). In my project I used sisal, diecutted elements, ribbons, snowballs made from cotton, stars cut out with knife from a whine cork, gems and an openwork sweater with silver thread( ). Background is paper called “Snow Queen” from Galeria Papieru.

]]>Hello, I have a “candy” and shabby chic card for you today. This card is not in typical christmassy colours. Inspiration here was actual Lemoncraft’s challenge with wonderful moodboard. I used papers from a collection called “Tiny Miracles Basic” and image from card with Christmas graphics from a Lemoncraft. I my work I used also lots of die cuts, laces, ribbons and pompoms. For a very first time I made this year cookies(for a decoration ) from a potato starch and PVA glue. I cut them using cookie cutters, part of them I decorated by pressing stamp(to get a nice pattern). Exactly this star, painted pink I used for this project. I hope that my card will make your gray, autumn day more happy.
Card, of course, is going to Lemoncraft:
I’m sending my project to Crafty Moly for they openwork challenge:
